The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but is generally within 4 business days. For details, please see individual items that are each custom made for you!

Shipping Method

I will ship your item via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail - you get to choose! Items are shipped to the address provided. Accuracy of the provided address is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller is not responsible for shipping issues resulting in lost, damaged or delayed items. If you would like insurance, please select Priority Mail at purchase.

Returns

I want you to be tickled pink with your purchase! Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your experience better. Happy customers make all the difference to my small handmade business.

I will gladly accept returns on items in original condition.

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery if there are any concerns or questions regarding the items you received. If a return is necessary, it should be sent within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer.
